Villa Dei Sogni

VILLA DEI SOGNI is a luxury three-story villa with stunning views of the sea, of the Capri Island and the Gulf of Naples. Villa dei Sogni is 330 square meters. It sleeps 11 people. It has a private swimming pool with beautiful views of the sea, the private garden and terraces, air conditioning, WI-FI, parking and heating.

Villa dei Sogni it is located in San Montano, one of the most exclusive hamlets of Massa Lubrense and favorite location for holidays for many years until today. The proximity to the beach (about 5 minutes walk), to the restaurants, shops, the public transportation and the privacy offered makes this villa the perfect place to spend your holiday with family or friends.

You will not need a car to stay at the Villa dei Sogni. However if you have one you can park it in the parking near the villa free of charge. It is not recommended to have a van.

You will reach the villa from the parking without any stairs.

THE SWIMMING POOL is 6x4 square meters and 1.20 meters deep. It is open from April until the end of October. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy stunning views of the sea. You will reach the swimming pool from the second living room. The swimming pool area is of 110 square meters and it is equipped with sun chairs and umbrellas.

THE FIRST FLOOR

THE FIRST LIVING ROOM is large and sunny and it is equipped with sofas, Satellite TV, telephone, a stereo system and the fireplace. From the living room, you will have access to a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the sea. The room has the air conditioning and heating.

THE FIRST BEDROOM has a matrimonial bed and on request, it is possible to add one single bed as well. The room has the air conditioning and the heating, TV and a window with the view of the sea.

THE FIRST BATHROOM has the shower, the lavabo, the WC and the bidet.

THE SECOND FLOOR (You will reach the second floor from the first floor by going down an internal staircase or by elevator).

THE SECOND BEDROOM has a matrimonial bed and on request, it is possible to have a single bed as well. The room has the air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you can access a beautiful terrace with the view of the sea.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has a matrimonial bed and on request, it is possible to have a single bed as well. The room has the air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you can access a beautiful terrace with the view of the sea.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM has a matrimonial bed. The room has the air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you can access a beautiful terrace with the view of the sea.

THE SECOND BATHROOM has the shower, the lavabo, the WC and the bidet.

THE THIRD BATHROOM has the shower, the lavabo, the WC and the bidet.

THE FOURTH BATHROOM has the shower, the tub, the lavabo, the WC and the bidet.

THE THIRD FLOOR (You will reach the second floor from the first floor by going down an internal staircase or by elevator).

THE SECOND LIVING ROOM is equipped with a fireplace, TV, air conditioning and heating. The lunch area has a table with chairs for 11 people. The room has large windows overlooking the sea. From the living room, you will reach a large terrace with the view of the sea. The terrace it is equipped with table and chairs, a pizza oven and the barbecue.

THE KITCHEN it is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and the coffee machine. From the kitchen, you will have the access to the second living room and the terrace.

THE FIFTH BATHROOM it is equipped with a lavabo, the WC and shower.
